Designed Criollo House

Description

One-story house in the town of Añasco on 65 de Infantería Street #45. The house is made of wood and has a hipped zinc roof. The dwelling has a balcony surrounded by an ornamental metallic railing sustained by fine columns. The lattice-glass style double doors are made of wood; which are surrounded by wooden moldings with ornamental designs at the top. The upper edge of the residence has cornices and ornamental borders.

The title, date, and address were provided by the Architecture and Construction Archive of the University of Puerto Rico (AACUPR). On the back of the image, there are handwritten notes that read: "Fig. 81, CAJ|0049|F0001".
