The residence has a porch surrounded by a wooden balustrade supported by columns. The roof is flat and made of wood and zinc, while the edge has cornices and ornamental friezes. The double lattice-style doors are wooden with moldings of the same material. To one side, the windows with eaves are visible. To both sides of the dwelling, there are ornamental metal grilles and houses with similar features.
