Descripción decolonial
Colonial echoes blend with modern aspirations in the two-story house. Metal fences and concrete balustrades recall past building practices dating back to the colonial period, while lattice windows and metallic awnings introduce the neoliberal promises of modernist construction. This fusion creates an unique visual narrative, where tradition and contemporary elements coexist against a backdrop of environmental abundance and extraction: cinder blocks and verdant trees.
