Description

Close-up view of a one-story house in the town of Ceiba. The house is made of wood with a zinc, gabled roof. The balcony is made of concrete and covered with ornamental metallic bars. The roof of the balcony is flat and made of zinc. There is a metallic chair besides a cart made of metal and plastic. The windows are lattice-style and surrounded by wooden moldings. The door is simple and wooden. In front, there are several persons standing.

In the file provided by the archive, the following information is clarified: "Photographer: Carol F. Jopling, architecture students, or Earth Watch volunteers". Some of the photos found in the archives of this collection are repeated and show the same houses because they document other formats created for the research project led by Carol F. Jopling and were taken on different occasions (example: 35mm negatives, color, black and white, instant photos, photos that were brightened or with contrast).
