Description

Building in Calle Caleta de las Monjas 23 in Old San Juan. The building has characteristics of the Neoclassical and the Spanish Colonial Revival architecture style. It is painted pink and white. The upper half of the building has cornices, parapets with railings, and several pots with flowers inside. There are four doorways with wooden double doors, a canvas awning with blue and white vertical lines, and two pots with plants inside. There is a sidewalk and a cobblestone road in front of the building. This building has been the Hotel Villa Herencia since 2011. Adjacent to this building is another yellow-colored building with lattice windows that have eaves above them amd a wooden double door. There are several palm trees inside the orange-colored square planters in front of the façade. Next to this building is another yellow and white-colored building that has several stories. It has balconets with balustrades, cornices, parapets, and white moldings.
