Mechanical Workers Cooperative, Rodding Stage

Description

Construction of the Mechanical Workers Cooperative, Hato Rey in the rodding stage for the columns. In addition to the rodding, areas of the construction can be seen marked with wooden plank, and several electric power post, one of which has a power transformer. There is a concrete mixer protected by a fence and some workers.
