Description

Construction of the Mechanical Workers Cooperative in Hato Rey, falsework stage. Scaffolding throughout the inside of the building, exterior columns and a wooden ramp to climb to the roof can be seen. The roof has exposed steel beams. There is debris to one side of the building. Workers are seen working on the roof.
