United States Flag Raising Ceremony at La Fortaleza

United States flag raising ceremony at La Fortaleza. The façade of La Fortaleza, also known as the Santa Catalina Palace, has a Neoclassical style. Quoins and flat arches are visible on the first floor, and a balcony with iron railing on the second floor. Design elements are also visible, namely, colossal orders, cornices, brackets, a frieze, and a pediment. In front of the building, there are United States soldiers in formation. People can be seen on the balcony of the second floor. There are some soldiers on the roof of the building raising the flag.
