Description
United States flag raising ceremony at La Fortaleza. The façade of La Fortaleza, also known as the Santa Catalina Palace, has a Neoclassical style. Quoins and flat arches are visible on the first floor, and a balcony with iron railing on the second floor. Design elements are also visible, namely, colossal orders, cornices, brackets, a frieze, and a pediment. In front of the building, there are United States soldiers in formation.
